Terms & Conditions

We ship FOB (Freight on Board) from Bangkok, Thailand.  We are responsible for packing and export documentation.  Buyer is responsible for the freight charge from Bangkok to destination.  Buyer is also responsible for all custom fees, import duties and taxes (if any).

For FOB Bangkok the minimum order is as follows:
US$3,000 (or equivalent)

If minimum order levels are not met, we can still process your order for an additional processing fee of US$150.

Terms of Payment F.O.B. Bangkok by: 
T/T 50% deposit with order and 50% prior to shipment  
L/C at sight in our favour (for order more than US$10,000 – or equivalent)

Production and Delivery lead time :
Due to the fact that all products are individually hand crafted, slight variations may occur.
The lead time from order confirmation to delivery is approximately 6 to 8 weeks.  

Returns
If for any reasons you are not completely satisfied with your order, Thaibai decor gladly accepts return for a refund within thirty (30) days from receipt of your order. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs back to Chiang Mai. The shipping & handling fee you paid to purchase your item is not refundable. Only if you receive an item in error, will we refund all charges including shipping.

You can expect a refund within 45 business days of our receiving your return. You will be informed by email once the refund is completed.
